We are professionals in Civil Engineering, Steel Structure, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and we are a KIRBY authorized builder in Nigeria. We specialize in delivering to our clients Turn key Projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account / Inventory Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitoring to safeguard company’s properties and assets with effective control system processes.
• Collate and update inventory and assets register for weekly and monthly report.
• Reconciliation of weekly site cash account
• Writing and documentation of payment vouchers
• Verification of Suppliers invoices for payment processes
• Co-assisting in bank transactions activities
• Co-assisting in procurement of materials
• All other activities relating to finance function

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree / Master's Degree
• At least 2 years cognizance experience in inventory management and must have worked in account functions for at least 3 years
• Must be a registered ICAN professional student member
• Must have emotional intelligence and good interpersonal relationship
• Attention to details
• Work with little or no supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Good time management for deadline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Willingness to resume immediately if successful
• Preference will be given to candidate living around Ikeja and its environs

Core Competencies:

• Use of Microsoft office suites
• Adequate knowledge of accounting standard and policies
• Recognition of financial risk and assessment
• Use of accounting ERP is an added advantage

Remuneration
N90,000 Monthly.
