Job Description

• As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling financial discrepancies
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Addressing any financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree , Outlook )
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
