Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our dynamic team at Netconstruct, a leading real estate and construction firm.
• The Account Officer will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing crucial support to our finance department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies or errors and take corrective action as needed.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for clients and vendors.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
