Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated accounting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.
• As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, sorting out Developer salaries and incentives to ensure accuracy, and supporting various financial processes.
• We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets to assist in decision-making processes.
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist in tax planning activities.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations to improve internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial advice to management, offering insights and recommendations for financial improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
