Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head of Finance and Accounts to join our executive team and lead our financial operations and strategy.
• He/She will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s finances, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, tax compliance, risk management, and business strategy.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Drive comprehensive financial planning and analysis to provide key insights for strategic decisions.

Capital Structure Management:

• Optimize the company's capital structure, evaluate financing options, and assess investment opportunities.

Financial Reporting:

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reports.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational sustainability and support expansion.

Internal Controls and Risk Mitigation:

• Develop and implement effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, providing coaching and mentoring for enhanced performance.

Stakeholder Relationships:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with external parties, including investors, auditors, and regulators.

Requirements
Experience:

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.

Results-Oriented:

• Proven track record of delivering strong financial results and growth.

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, along with proficiency in financial software and tools.

Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Communication Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
