We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Remote with onsite presence once a month)
Industry: Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the Accounting Department from the ground up.
• Create and implement financial policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide accurate data on the company’s financial position, liquidity, and cash flow.
• Manage income and expenditure accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and conduct financial audits.
• Collaborate with management to ensure financial records are up to date and compliant.

Qualifications

• ICAN/ACCA Certification (Mandatory)
• 4-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on bookkeeping, auditing, and consulting.
• Experience within the Interior Design or Construction industry (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including Vlookups and Pivot Tables).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Thorough understanding of accounting procedures and strong judgment skills.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly. (Net)
