We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Jakande, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue official receipts for all payments received.
• Calculate and process commissions due to sales executives, agents, and partners.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2 - 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N270,000 monthly.
