Trustlub Fluid Resources Limited is an indigenous company that engages in the production and distribution of Trustlub brand of lubricants, supply of fuels, associated lubrication engineering, importation of base oil, additives, grease and provision of customer support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts Officer
Job Location: New Makun City, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Posting of sales invoices, checking of posted sales invoices and filing of the invoices.
• Managingof both credit and debit accounts.
• Preparing Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices and Product Quotations.
• Posting daily transactions into QuickBooks.
• Management of both payables and receivables.

Requirements

• A good Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting
• No required years of experience
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel)
• Minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks and Odoo will be an added advantage
• Analytical Skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
