Ace Human Resource Consulting - Our client is seeking to put together a team of dynamic professionals to restructure and grow a leading composite upstream company offering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, installation and Maintenance (EPCIM) services in Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Chemical Processing, Mining, Water and Wastewater industries in Lagos and Port-Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head, Human Resources

Job Location: Any City, Nigeria

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Must have a degree in Management or other Social Sciences related fields.
• Must have an MBA or MSc in Human Resource Management.
• CIPD, CIPM or other relevant bodies is an added advantage.
• Not less than 10  year’s experience of which 7 is of corporate level experience.
• Must have knowledge of Nigeria labour law and other best practices.

Remuneration 
Salary is attractive and negotiable based on industry experience.
