Administrative Officer Job at Life Centre Medical Services

Lifecentre Med Support provides a wide range of services such as repair, preventive maintenance, inspection services for medical and laboratory equipment to medical centres and laboratories, hospitals etc. Basically, our services spurs from equipment repairs, safety and performance testing, routine maintenance, hazard alert, electrical area testing, technology replacement planning, equipment related incident investigation to acquisition and replacement advice and guidance relating to infrastructure.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Prepare and monitor office budget
  • Troubleshoot Emergencies
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements Logistics
  • Organize company documents into updated filing system
  • Maintain accurate records and file manual and electronic copies of all the tender data that is, correspondence quotations internal input etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date assets/inventory register and an efficient record/storage of all office supplies and fixed assets.
  • Manage filing and archiving of all financial and administrative documents.
  • Assure that all facilities are well functioning.
  • Assure proper use and functionality of office equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related (essential).
  • 1 - 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a hospital administrator role (essential).
  • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
  • Passionate about clinical excellence.
