Job Position: Affiliate Marketing Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To develop a database of e-media contacts such as Bloggers, top traffic websites in Nigeria and turn them into CPS agents;
• Make use of Kilimall influencer database and operate from the perspective of CPS system, such as CPS agents performance data analytics and suggestions given to relevant depts
• To build business relations with big companies and big influencers
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of affiliate function and Business Development function

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in as similar position
• Work experience in an e-commerce setting is preferable

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very strong personality and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A good team player
• High level of commitment to duty, and discipline.
• Demonstrable ability to put customer interests first.
• Strong focus on impact
• Unquestionable level of integrity.
