We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Agent Field Officer

Job Locations: Abia, Imo, Kaduna, and Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Marketing and on-boarding of active agents monthly
• Ensuring that every agent under an AFO’s supervision carries out a minimum of ten transactions daily.
• Working directly with the Branch, Network, Area Sales and Regional Sales Managers to meet their various Agency Banking targets
• Managing agents, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly (not later than 24 hours), and escalating unresolved issues and monitoring the performances of these agents
• Training newly onboarded agents using the Bank’s training manual.
• Ensuring that agent locations are branded for visibility
• Ensuring that agents have the required merchandising materials such as transaction logbooks/receipt slips and ensure their effective usage.
• Joining in marketing campaigns – road show, storms, sales activation around agent clusters
• Channeling customers to agent locations

Qualifications

• Minimum Bsc Second Class Lower / HND Lower Credit
• Minimum of one year of experience as a sales/marketing person
• Excellent communication skill
• Good selling and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Ms office suite
• Not more than 32 years as at time of application.

Benefits
N147,000 / Month, Pension, HMO, and Commission
