Job Position: Architectural Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for a creative detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to be responsible for the evaluation and design of building projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Keep within budgets and timelines.
• Establishing project goals.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
• Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Architectural Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years cognate experience as an Architect.
• A professional engineering license.
• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
• The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
