Job Position: Assistant Inventory Officer

Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking to recruit Assistant Inventory Officer who will manage Stock Count accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationship
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Collaborate with warehouse Manager and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
• Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 - 2 Years of working experience.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers especially (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Ability to use Inventory Software.
• Experience working with Idustrial tools.
• Must reside in Sango Ota and its environs.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
