Yippee, an IT company is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Back End Developer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos.
Nature: Full Time - On Site.

Responsibilities

• Write server side logic
• Integrate front end designs

Requirements

• Familiarity with web & Mobile development (design, development and deployment)
• 2+ years of server side development with JavaScript, node.js , python- Django ( a plus).
• Experience with Restful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS.
• Deep understanding of web application security, session management, best development practices,unit testing.
• Server architecture.
• Management of hosting environment (cloud hosting especially Digital Ocean), database Administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgresSQL and Mongo DB.
• Tools: Jira, Agile, BitBucket, Git
