Bar Manager, Juice and Smoothie Bar

Boski Energy Limited, owners of Boski Juice and Smoothie requires the services of suitably qualified candidates, to work in the juice and Smoothie section of their newly opened farm mart. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Bar Manager, Juice and Smoothie Bar
Location: Near VGC, Lekki - Lagos

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc in Food technology or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in reputable juice and smoothie bar

Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the juice and smoothie bar
• Part of the team that determines the quantity of juice and smoothies that are to be produced
• Maps out strategy that will lead to efficiency amongst workers in the juice and smoothie bar
• Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of bar workers and conducting outside training
• Ensures that the steady flow of both raw materials to the bar and easy flow of finished products (fresh juice and smoothies) to our numerous customers
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.
• Ensures that the juice and smoothie bar meets the expected safety and health standard at all times
