Job Position: Branch Manager

Job Summary

• As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, driving business growth, and ensuring the branch meets its financial targets.
• The role demands leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a strong focus on building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive the branch’s business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including customer acquisition, retention, and product cross-selling
• Improve operational processes to enhance the branch’s efficiency and ensure that all activities are aligned with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote the bank’s products and services and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights into the branch's progress and any challenges encountered.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of banking experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets in a banking environment.
