Job Position: Branch Supervisor

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a mini mart branch ensuring smooth store functioning, customer satisfaction, staff performance, inventory management, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper merchandising within the store.
• Handle cash registers, sales reports, and bank deposits accurately.
• Train new employees and ensure ongoing staff development.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and place orders as needed.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report to area managers or business owners with updates and performance reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its related fields can be considered
• Minimum experience of 3 - 4 years of experience in retail super markets.
• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic accounting and computer skills (e.g., POS systems, MS Excel is very essential).
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Salary
N150,000 / Month (Net)
