JOB TITLE:  CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
The site Manager will be responsible for implementation of all our projects at the designated site.
Qualifications
We re looking for candidates with a minimum of 8years constructions site experience with at least 3years spent in a managerial position
A good first degree or HND (minimum of Upper credit) in Building, civil or Structuralengineering with all relevant professional certifications will be required
The age range for the position is 30 – 38 years

JOB TITLE:  HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The Human Resource Manger will be responsible for the articulation and executive of an innovation and effective Human resources Strategy.
Qualification
The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a minimum of 5years work experience in a similar role within a structural environment. This will be a stand alone, hands on position and ability to deal with complexity of a critical success factor.
A good first degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower, with a professional HR diploma (CIPM, CIPD, GPHR etc) will be required. Possession of a master’s degree will be an added advantage
The age range for the position is 28 – 36 years
