Focal Point Construction Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company with RC 828626 to carryout professional and corporate business in Real Estate, Building Construction and Project management. Since inception Focal Point Construction Limited has engaged competent professionals in developing Estates and building homes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Builder

Job Location: Kaduna

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Manage the use of building materials.
• Extensive knowledge of Construction.
• Thorough understanding of different construction methodology.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to potential risks and problems that may arise
• Ensure that the project is delivered within agreed timelines and schedule

Qualifications

• First Degree / HND / B.Tech in Building or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Building and Construction.
• A good understanding of HSE duties.
• HSE Qualification/Certification will be an added advantage.
• Must be duly registered.
• Proven work experience in the Real Estate Industry is compulsory.
• Good grasp of material planning and scheduling.
• On-site construction planning and management.
• Excellent Time management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details.
• Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.
