Job Description

• Identify opportunities for premuim targeted training programs
• Analyze new training needs and users' preference
• Coordination of the training programs of the unit.
• Sourcing of training faculties
• Supervision of training by ensuring that set standards are met.
• Marketing of training programs.

Requirements

• The ideal applicant will possess a four year Degree in a related field and/or the equivalent with 3-5 years of training or teaching experience.
• Technical (ICT) training experiences.
• Certification in professional ICT Programs
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including the clear and logical expression of ideas.
• Ability to maintain adequate delivery satisfaction to drive program success.
• Experience in innovative training development and marketing
• Experience in Research, Sales and Marketing.
