RHPSL was founded in Lagos, Nigeria in response to the growing demand among businesses for security outfits with advanced skills and training. With a state of the art, multi million Naira security officer training center, RHPSL soon expanded its geographic footprint and extended security service operations into new business sectors.

Job Position: Business Developer
Job Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Brief

• We are looking for an ambitious, well-spoken and energetic Business Development Manager with a basic understanding of the Private Security industry, to focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management while expanding our clientele.
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Requirements

• BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
