• Proven experience working as a business development officer in a financial institution minimum of 1 year.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and be social savvy.
