Job Description

• A Business Development Associate whose primary role is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. Contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow leads to find new customers.
• Push new products to existing customers.
• Answer questions and solve problems to maintain customer's satisfaction.
• Track all sales and report new opportunities to the management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Degree in any field from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 1 year relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in order to be able to interact with customers and pitch the company's services.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working with little or no supervison.
• Time management skill.
• Critical thinking skill.
