Job Description

• We are a long-established multi-disciplinary management, training, recruitment, and consulting firm, seeking to strengthen our management and leadership structure to consolidate our market positioning for growth and profitability.
• We are seeking very experienced professionals, with strong business development, Lead search, and training management competencies as a Business Development Executive
• The successful candidate will have revenue, profit, and performance management responsibilities.
• We would like to call the attention of all applicants that this position is in a very performance/target-driven environment, which provides adequate compensation for client compensation revenue performance, driven by strong business development competencies and appropriate senior-level contacts across private and public sectors, institutions, as well as multi-lateral agencies.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have similar competencies/responsibilities as for the above position, in a relevant environment with upwards of six years’ experience.
