Camillo Outsourcing is a Business Process Outsourcing firm whose business is to increase clients' productivity, operational efficiency, and in turn profit by taking over some of their intensive business processes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos


Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople 

Requirements and Skills

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is an advantage
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • ability too manage a team
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Time management and planning skills.
