Job Summary

• Our Client in the fashion industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Manager.
• You will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and growth of our business, ensuring its success and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for management
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fashion or related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
