Summary

• We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service Department.
• The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on call center or customer support experience and a strong ability to deliver excellent service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Log customer interactions and update records on the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Follow established call scripts, policies, and service standards
• Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role
• NYSC Completion/Exemption
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
