We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Call Center Executive
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist all patients through inbound calls, emails or chat
- Communicate a variety of information to the patients
- Be an active listener and help resolve patient inquires.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
