We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Center Recovery Agent

Job Location: Lekki / Epe Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• To Make Calls to Customers and Clients on the Repayment of their Loans once due.
• Result-oriented and ensuring Payments are actually made each day.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on each customer till their loans are repaid.
• Provide Flexible means for customers to meet up with their Repayment.
• Applicants will be given Targets to meet which will determine the Final bonus to be paid at the end of the Month, plus their Basic Salary too.
• Innovativeness, creativity, ability to think out of the box and solve problems that relate to collections on behalf of the Organisation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Candidates with School Certificate (WAEC), ND, HND, Bsc, in the Relevant field can apply.
• Candidates with experience or who have done a similar job will be considered and highly favoured.
• Applicants within the Axis of Ajah, Lekki, Awoyaya,VI,
  CMS, Abrahma Adesanya, Shevron, etc will be Considered.

Salary

• N35,000 - N60,000 monthly.
