Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Abuja.
• The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer support issues.
• This role requires strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Experience in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and manage customer inquiries
• Knowledge of hausa language is a plus
