Zuma Health Trust Limited is an indigenous Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) established in 1997. It is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Registration Number 371089. With the accreditation of HMOs in 2014 by the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Zuma Health Trust scaled all stringent conditions of the NHIS and was classed as a national HMO.

Zuma Health Trust is a major player in social health insurance industry. Regulated by both the NHIS and the FCT Health Insurance Scheme (FHIS), it manages the healthcare of workers in the formal and informal sectors: government employees, private lives, students in tertiary institutions (TISHIP), community-based health insurance schemes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Centre Nurse
Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• First degree or its equivalent in Nursing or related field
• Degree or its equivalent qualification in nursing, midwifery or any other relevant field
• At least 4 years post NYSC experience
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience preferably with an HMO
• Certification in or professional membership of related bodies
• Good knowledge of excel, word and data analytics
• Up to date Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria certification
• Attendance of relevant courses, workshops and seminars in related fields
• Not more than 30 years old.
