Job Position: Category Manager (Energy Drink)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Nature of Work: Day and Onsite

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, enduring and profitable relationship with distributors and consumers within
• coverage area.
• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for the Energy Drink segment aligned with overall
• business goals.
• Conduct annual and quarterly business planning for portfolio growth, pricing, promotions, and trade
• channels.
• Identify opportunities for category expansion, innovation, and new product development.
• Continuously track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Energy Drink market.
• Analyze sales data, market share reports, and insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

Requirements

• First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Masters or Professional certification in Category Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in senior management level in assigned Category.
• Experience in FMCG industry especially in Energy Drink market is required.
• The focus is on Sales for our product categories and not marketing.

Salary
N3,000,000 / Month
