Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven financial management expertise, capable of driving business growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, forecasting, and direction to support business growth.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems that ensure the company’s financial health.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment strategies.
• Identify business opportunities and risks, and recommend initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial management roles.
• Strong business strategy experience and proven ability to align finance with organizational growth.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, stable, calm under pressure, and with strong foresight.
