• Interpreting strategy and leading project and programme development to meet the mission of the organisation
• Building and controlling workplans and budgets
• Leading fund raising efforts and administration of grants
• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are up-to-date and complied with
• Overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of project/programme delivery
• Performance management of systems and personnel
