Job Position: Chief Operating Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Chief Operating Officer to drive the company's plan for the coming years.
• The Group Chief Ooereting Officer shall be a senior executive administrative and operational functions of the company.
• He will report directly to the Group Managing Director / CEO.
• He will effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees.
• He is expected to display leadership skills that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the company.

Education and Experience
The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA and / or Professional qualification is an added advantage
• Ten to fifteen years of banking or financial industry experience with at least 5 years Managerial level operational business expernce required.
• Exceptional business acumen and presentation skills
• Banking industry grade of not less than or equivalent to Assistant General Manager (AGM) is preferred.

Emoluments

• This shall be in line with industry standard and negotiable.
