We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Civil Engineer
Job Location: Illupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Develop detailed project plans and design specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure construction work complies with all relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and project correspondence.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
• Manage environmental aspects of projects, including waste management and resource conservation.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and expenditures.
• Procure and manage materials, equipment, and labor.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
