Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for a Civil Engineer.
• The Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, stormwater management, and other civil engineering tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering and related software
• Experience in Planning and Stormwater Management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Collaborate with construction crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders for efficient on-site operations.
• Develop precise project cost estimates and budgets, considering material, labor, and equipment expenses.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with construction project management or hotel industry construction is a plus.
• Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
