We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Civil Site Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site construction activities, daily work planning, marking out and leveling construction sites, coordination with contractors on day-to-day activities, and timely delivery of site works.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate and property construction industry
• Implement project designs and construction works schedule as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to the approved designs and project schedule throughout the construction process.
• Ensure that construction works align with project designs and specifications, without errors or inconsistencies.
• Optimize the utilization of financial resources and materials allocated for site use.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Proximity is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills to ensure smooth project execution.
