Elaine David Limited is a work space solutions company which provides tastefully furnished and fully serviced office space for short, medium and long term usage. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Service Executive 
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Establishing relationships with the clients of the company.
• Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization.
• Employing sales skills in order to achieve the sales target.
• Identifying as well developing sources in order to get more clients.
• Interacting with clients via telephone and written communication.
• Maintaining accurate data bases about current as well as potential clients.
• Advising management about the client needs.
• Taking enquiry details from client accurately.
• Preparing weekly reports as required by management
• Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance of facilities and Ensuring timely resolution of facilities related issues.

Qualifications

• The successful applicant must be educated to degree standard (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years experience in a related field.

Candidate Profile:

• Pays attention to detail, organised, patient, articulate, a problem solver, goal oriented, has clear verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, presentable, professional and courteous.
