Job Position: Client Support Officer

Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Providing support to all clients in accurate and timely fashion, right from walking-in to end of the investigation to have a comeback/referral effect
• Registration of clients on computer software
• Maintaining high level of professionalism, competence, confidentiality in every client interaction.
• Providing reliable clear information to clients
• Making sure that clients are comfortable and well catered for
• Building positive and productive relationships with clients.

Performance Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• WAEC or OND qualification
• Must be compassionate, positive, motivated, and driven.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary
N30,000 / month.
