Job Position: Collection Officer

Job Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos

Job Description
As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Contacting clients via phone, email, or in-person to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiating payment plans with clients who are unable to pay in full
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing
• Updating client records and maintaining accurate account information
• Resolving client disputes and complaints related to outstanding debts
• Preparing and submitting reports on collections activities and progress

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in collections or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collections software.

Remuneration
Salary Range: N65,000 - N80,000 Monthly (depending on experience and qualifications).
