Job Description

• As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients.

Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Contacting clients via phone, email, or in-person to collect outstanding debts
• Resolving client disputes and complaints related to outstanding debts
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing
• Negotiating payment plans with clients who are unable to pay in full
• Updating client records and maintaining accurate account information
• Preparing and submitting reports on collections activities and progress

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 0 - 4 years of experience in collections or a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE / OND / SSCE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collections software

Salary
N55,000 - N120,000 monthly + Incentives depending on experience and qualifications.
