Job Position: Compliance Officer

Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Compliance Officer ensures the Bank operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• The role involves monitoring, reporting, and implementation of compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory guidelines including CBN, NDIC, EFCC, NFIU, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Conduct periodic compliance checks and prepare reports.
• Track suspicious transactions and ensure KYC accuracy.
• Support policy implementation and staff compliance training.

Requirements

• HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Law, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in compliance or internal control.
• Understanding of microfinance regulations.

Skills:

• Strong documentation and reporting.
