We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Compliance Officer
Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Responsibilities

• Continuous review and update of the Company’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory provisions, company governance policies, corporate governance codes and best practices.
• Efficient administration of the Company Secretariat, proper documentation and safekeeping of Company records.
• Seamless co-ordination of Board and Board Committee matters such as meetings, meeting papers, minutes, communication with regulatory bodies and others
• Provision of relevant guidance, information and support to the Board.
• Efficient planning and implementing Shareholder Meetings and Engagements.
• Proper interfacing with shareholders and liaising with company registrars for resolution of complaints.
• Timely filing of regulatory reports and making of disclosures on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Law degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
