Bukka Hut is a Nigerian fast food restaurant, with outlets in Lekki, Lekki Phase 1, Ikota Shopping Complex, Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Festac, Surulere, Chevron Drive, MMA2, Osolo Way-Ajao Estate, Ogudu, Yaba-Alagomeji. Our services include restaurant service, lounge, outdoor catering, bulk soup delivery, and food delivery. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Contact Center Agent
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements 

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1- 2 years of work experience.
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Take and process customers' orders.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
