Real estate is a long established asset class and it is considered to be one of the safest in the world. It has also been the preferred asset class of the wealthy for decades. We want to democratize this asset class by making it more assessable to everyone without the hassle of owning or managing the physical asset, but with all the associated benefits.

Job Position: Content Creator / Community Manager

Job Location: Lagos

About the Job

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator/Community Manager to join our growing team.
• This role is crucial in shaping and managing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for various platforms.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Create video content on social platforms
• Create engaging content such as social media posts, newsletters, and blog posts for various platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive messaging.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners.
• Cultivate and nurture an active online community.
• Respond to comments and inquiries professionally.
• Monitor and analyze community feedback for improvements.
• Create and execute social media strategies for brand awareness.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator/Community Manager 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
