Uraga Real Estate is the real estate business unit of the Honeywell Group. The Company invests and develops in all sectors of the real estate market in Nigeria and other select West African countries, to include Residential, Retail, Offices, Industrial/ distribution warehouses, other commercial properties and the hospitality sector.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Creative Content Creator
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Objective
- Develop creative contents which involve designs and video production used to promote URAGA’s product and services.
- Work with the Marketing manager to develop content for the marketing channels in line with the agreed timelines.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Plan and illustrate concepts by studying information and materials, designing drafts getting for final concepts.
- Develop concepts, graphics (including aminations) and layouts for products, illustrations, banners etc. Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
- Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and within specified timeline.
- Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Incorporate changes/concepts recommended by the stakeholders into the final design and obtaining required approval/sign off.
Videography:
- Assemble all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation.
- Create rough and final cuts by ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Create animation graphic videos.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects where necessary.
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all relevant documentation are kept up-to-date and secure.
- Prepare periodic activity report as required.
Website Management:
- Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS) such as Webflow etc.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Identify opportunities for website enhancements and work with web developers/designers to implement changes.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to website functionality, navigation, or performance.
Experience and Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline, Design certification in Graphic Design.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in content management systems like webflow and WordPress.

- Using graphic design and other relevant software.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
