Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote CITIspeed Homes projects and brand
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and real estate

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industry
• Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
