We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Sales Manager
Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the vegetable oil industry, specifically in the sales of crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) and shea butter.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market reach, securing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from soap manufacturing companies, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the vegetable oil and related agro-processing markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including soap manufacturers and other industrial buyers
- Generate Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and ensure timely order fulfillment in collaboration with operations
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the vegetable oil, agro-processing, or FMCG sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing B2B orders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
2.) Head of Operations
Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate all operational departments, including warehouse, logistics, and procurement
- Monitor and optimize workflow, resource allocation, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Implement systems for inventory management, reporting, and operational performance tracking
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational teams to drive results and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior management on business growth, operational planning, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in agro-processing, warehousing, or FMCG
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple operational units
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency with inventory or ERP software such as Sage or SAP
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
3.) Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control
- Oversee proper storage, handling, and movement of agro products and materials
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for timely dispatch
- Maintain stock records, generate reports, and support audit processes
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management (agro or FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory software such as Sage or SAP
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
